MedStar Shah MSO, LLC is seeking a Research & Data Analysis Specialist to design and/or redesign the electronic (e) capture of human resources data through information technology tools, developing data analysis and data management procedures, as well as to collect, input and analyze human resources and operational data from source materials to ultimately improve organizational performance.  

Requires Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, with experience in human resources.
