Interventional Pain medicine is a sub-specialty of the medical specialty devoted to use of interventions like facet injections,epidural steroid injections,peripheral nerve blocks , peripheral joint injections for targeted management of pain non-responsive to conservative measures.These interventions are extremely helpful for moderate to severe pain and trial of these injections is suggested sometimes over surgical options. 

Some of the Interventional Pain procedures offered at our medical center: Trigger point injections Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar) Joint injections (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee) Peripheral nerve blocks (carpal tunnel syndrome and occipital nerve blocks) Lumbar facet injections Medial branch block
