Most of us work crazy hours and need health care providers to be flexible. Our co-pays are less than hospital emergency room fees and we will work with you to process your insurance.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We want your visit to Breton Super Care to be as quick and convenient as possible. In order to expedite your treatment, please bring the following items with you:

• Driver's license or picture ID
• Insurance card (if you have insurance)
• Payment for insurance co-pay or if you intend to self-pay. Payment is due at the time of treatment.
• Parental Authorization Form (if applicable)
