Advocate - She has been dedicated to peer assistance since 1988.  She successfully advocated for nurses in recovery from substance use disorders with employers, licensing and regulatory agencies and the criminal justice system. She has also advocated for quality care through participation in hospital wide committees, performance improvement initiatives and regulatory survey preparation.
